How Clinton Machine moved from JobBoss + pen-and-paper to a system that adapts to them

Clinton Machine needed to replace JobBoss, which was forcing them to change their established processes — leading to spreadsheet workarounds and a continued reliance on pen and paper.

Clinton was stuck with MS-DOS, pen-and-paper processes, and a system that could not reflect the way work actually moved through the shop.
