See into the ERP you already have.

Tangle Xray adds an easy-to-use layer on top of the screens your team works in every day. It recognizes the part numbers, customers and orders on screen, and puts the useful stuff right beside them — live inventory next to your part numbers, customer history in a click, a reorder drafted and ready for sign-off. Your existing ERP keeps running exactly as it is.

We are selecting shops where one high-friction legacy workflow can prove the value quickly.

Shown here on a legacy order-entry screen. The approach is not specific to this system — the companion reads what is on screen, so the same pattern applies to other legacy ERP and MRP applications. What varies is the data mapping behind it, which is scoped per shop.

Improve the system you have, stage the move, or run manufacturing in Tangle.

Built for shops whose ERP still does the job but whose vendor has stopped moving it forward. The wrong answer to a rigid ERP is another system the manufacturer cannot change. As we explain in “Why ERP migrations actually fail”, replacing one rigid system with another only resets the same problem. Xray lets a manufacturer improve the legacy workflow now. Off Ramp keeps legacy and Tangle data synchronized for a staged go-live. Tangle ERP becomes the adaptable operating system when the shop is ready.

Off Ramp

Move without the hard cutover

Off Ramp is an existing Tangle ERP capability that automates live data sync from the legacy system into Tangle, enabling a staged go-live instead of a hard-stop export/import migration.

Run manufacturing in Tangle

Replace a rigid or fragmented ERP with an adaptable, AI-native platform for quotes, work orders, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, reporting and accounting sync. Milo lets your team shape Tangle around the way the business actually works.

Explore Tangle ERP

One useful workflow. Clear boundaries.

Begin where users repeatedly leave the ERP to assemble context from CRM, spreadsheets, email or shared documents.

Customer and order context

Bring mapped order history, notes and activity beside the customer already visible in the ERP.

Parts and inventory

Surface mapped on-hand, allocated, supplier and prior-order context around the part being reviewed.

Draft orders and search

Search mapped customers or clone a prior order into a new Draft, not submitted record, when configured for the workflow.

The control follows the path we configure.

What manufacturers need to know about Tangle Xray.

Does Tangle Xray replace our ERP?

No. Tangle Xray is the path for manufacturers keeping their current ERP. It surfaces mapped context and configured actions within familiar workflows while the legacy application remains the primary system. Off Ramp is the separate Tangle ERP capability for a staged move, and Tangle ERP is the destination for manufacturers ready to replace the legacy system.

Does it require an integration?

Xray can identify visible entities without changing or integrating with the legacy application’s front end or DOM. Useful history, inventory and CRM context still depend on mapped data. On the screen-driven write path, Xray acts through the signed-in legacy UI without database access. A direct database write is a separately scoped integration.

Will it work with our ERP?

The screen-recognition mechanism is system-agnostic by design because it reads what is visible on screen rather than relying on the ERP’s internals or a vendor-supported API. The implementation is scoped per shop: available data access, target workflows, screen behavior and any approved actions determine the mapping and production scope.

What can users do with Tangle Xray?

The demonstration shows contextual history, part and inventory information, customer intelligence, customer search and creation of a cloned draft order that appears in the legacy order list with status Draft, not submitted. Production writes are configured per workflow and are off by default until requested. Search across parts, documents and reports is implementation-dependent.

How do permissions work when Xray writes?

On the screen-driven path, Xray works as the signed-in user — it can only see and do what that person can already see and do. Where Tangle connects at the database level instead, the write bypasses the legacy application’s permission layer, so access is scoped explicitly during the assessment.

Is Xray available now?

Availability is limited. Tangle is selecting shops based on ERP fit, available data and a high-value starting workflow. Join the waiting list to be considered.

Does Tangle Xray change our existing ERP screens?

It is designed to bring context into the familiar legacy interface rather than redesign it or make users learn a second system. The demonstration shows OCR badges and technical companion panels tracking visible fields as the window moves.

Where does the additional context come from?

From the Tangle data layer, which can map approved ERP, CRM, inventory, history, document and activity sources for the agreed workflow.

How do we get started?

Join the waiting list with one repeated workflow where users lose time gathering context or switching systems. Tangle will review the target screen, available data, required actions and deployment constraints when selecting shops.

Help shape Tangle Xray.

Tell us which legacy ERP screen slows the team down and what context or action would change the work. We are selecting shops around fit, data access and a focused workflow that can prove value quickly.

Who we are selecting

Selected shops will have a legacy manufacturing ERP, useful data we can map, and one high-friction workflow worth improving first.

What to bring

Tell us which ERP screen slows the team down and what context or action would make that work easier. One concrete workflow is enough.

What happens next

We will review the fit, data access, and workflow. If it’s a match, the Tangle team will contact you to scope an assessment.
